Our team undertakes the pre-commissioning needs of your system, along with the commissioning procedure. Providing you with thorough professional expertise across all the components of your system. At this stage, before commissioning, is where we perform safety checks of the piping, refrigerant, and other lubricants to responsibly comply with all legislation. Then our team launches into the overall inspection of your HVAC system with our checklist. Commissioning Checklist We ensure the proper levels of these attributes through your system:

Onsite Training & Support At the end of your installation and commissioning, our technicians ensure that you understand everything there is to operate your system. We will walk you through the installed system design, where your air filters are and show you what things you can to do maintain them between services. We’ll also take you through all the settings of your HVAC system and show you how you can customise your controls to create the most comfortable thermal and air flow solutions. So that you can understand how to:

  • Control the temperature of one room
  • Dehumidify to get rid of sweaty summer air

We bought our apartment in 2003 and upgraded the ducted air conditioning with Nu-Life Air Conditioning in 2014. The workmanship was superb, very clean and efficient. Our strata is currently being refurbished including some changes to balcony framework (replacing metal with glass) which affected the AC unit by blocking air flow. We realised this just as the season was heating up. Although the technicians at Nu-Life AC were busy, Meirav worked hard to accommodate us. It was not an easy job, and we were anxious to get it fixed before the season heated up. Eddie, Edgar and another gentleman worked diligently over three separate days to restore the AC to full function. Edgar assured me the repair would be resolved by Friday, and he was true to his word.
