About Us

Exceptional service from Nu Life Air Conditioning! From my initial call to the final installation, their professionalism was outstanding. Jason the technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the system issue, and explained everything clearly. On the following visit, the air-con unit was maintained with minimal disruption and zero mess. The company and the tech (Jason) attention to detail, customer satisfaction and fair pricing were impressive. What truly stood out was their responsiveness – they answered all my questions promptly and followed up after the service to ensure everything was working perfectly. I highly recommend this company for their expertise and customer-focused approach!

It is very easy to recommend the team at Nu-Life. They helped me design, get strata approval and install all within a couple of weeks. They are very responsive. Their technician always came on time and did an excellent job keeping all the external piping and colourbond neat and tidy. I'll continue using them for my future AC service and repairs for sure.

Had a three unit split system installed in an apartment and the existing single unit split system moved to a house. Very happy with the process from first contact to final installation. Nu-Life are good to deal with and very responsive. There were a couple of delays caused by me and again Nu-Life were understanding and supportive. Would happily recommend them.

Sales service and installer were extremely helpful. We had a build deadline and asked for someone to quote asap, they manged to get someone out the next day and quote followed shortly after. We went with our builders air con guy only because of time restraints and they wanted the rough in done yesterday. Had we not been under pressure we would have gone with Nu Life. Excellent sales service from Meirav, excellent advice and professional service from Ali who came to inspect (had his boots off before we opened the door, always a good sign!!) Will be in my roll-a-dex for then next air con needs. Positive Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Service not listed

NuLife we’re so great. They explained the differences of the different aircons in layman terms and were so prompt and efficient in the installation of our new aircon. My last aircon was also purchased through them. And I had it for nearly 20yrs with no issues at all. I trust their expertise and am happy to recommend them to everyone. The team were very responsive to my request and came out the same week. Site visit by Eddie was brilliant; he helped ease my concerns by answering my questions clearly as well as providing additional info to look for when sourcing a quote. Quote (supply & install) was received the next day. The admin team were very helpfuI for me to prepare my strata application. Once strata approval came through the NuLife team were very prompt booking a suitable date/time. Ali and his colleague (install team) then came to my home and were very professional, tidy and clear provding instructions to use the unit. The install team were very competent and confident in their work and would happily recommend their services to another. Meirav was so kind and helpful. We were installing for a family member with Parkinsons Disease. She was flexible and responsive to his needs- like time of installation needed to be specifically when his medication was active. The installers were helpful and respectful. They had a working at heights certificate allowing them to remove a rusty old A/C on a very high ledge. Absolutely recommend them Wish all trades people were so good.
