Jason the technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the system issue, and explained everything clearly. On the following visit, the air-con unit was maintained with minimal disruption and zero mess. The company and the tech (Jason) attention to detail, customer satisfaction and fair pricing were impressive. What truly stood out was their responsiveness – they answered all my questions promptly and followed up after the service to ensure everything was working perfectly. She was flexible and responsive to his needs- like time of installation needed to be specifically when his medication was active. The installers were helpful and respectful.
